A Legacy Restored
Through the 1980s and 1990s, 31 S. Calvert Street was home to Dahne & Weinstein Jewelers — a respected destination for clock and watch repair in downtown Baltimore.
Originally built in 1905 after the Great Fire of Baltimore, the building carries over a century of history, craftsmanship, and restoration. Today, that legacy lives on through CLOCK Restoration Kitchen & Bar.
Inspired by Time
Honoring the history of the building and its connection to clock restoration, CLOCK was designed as a modern speakeasy-inspired restaurant and bar, with a related but separate cigar shop & smoking lounge, where timeless atmosphere meets elevated nightlife.
Every detail — from the lighting and music to the cocktails and cigars — was intentionally curated to create an experience that feels both sophisticated and unforgettable.

About Us
At Clock Restoration, every floor offers a different experience — all designed around atmosphere, connection, and elevated nightlife.
Located on the 6th floor, our cocktail bar delivers handcrafted drinks, curated music, and an upscale speakeasy-inspired environment perfect for date nights, celebrations, networking, or unwinding after the day ends.
On the 3rd floor, our cigar lounge offers a more relaxed and intimate setting where guests can enjoy premium cigars and conversation in a timeless atmosphere. As Clock Restoration continues to grow, the cigar lounge will soon be moving to an expanded space on the 5th floor.
